Position Details: Shift: 1st Shift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) Schedule: Monday to Friday (Occasional weekends) Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay: $23/hr Bilingual: Preferred Cold Environment Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide clear orders and instructions to warehouse operators to ensure tasks are done efficiently and safely, maximizing productivity and quality. Supervise and monitor warehouse activities such as receiving, shipping, stocking, packing, and repacking. Safely operate industrial trucks to move materials to and from client trucks, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Prepare and ensure accuracy in documentation for ingredients and packing materials as instructed by the Supply Chain Manager. Receive, ship, and store materials and ingredients in the warehouse, freezer, or cooler as required. Conduct periodic warehouse and freezer inventory checks. Report and address any food safety, quality, or employee safety issues to the supervisor. Train new employees in safe and proper operational procedures. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Report any accidents or safety issues promptly.
