Are you a customer service pro looking for a steady schedule and great benefits? Scentsy is hiring Temporary Full-Time Customer Service Representatives to support our independent consultants and customers from July through December!

The pay is $15.50/hour, with a start date of Monday, July 21, 2025. Training for the first four weeks will follow a set schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After training, we offer a variety of shift options: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m., 11:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m., and 12:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred.
In this role, you’ll answer 35–45 phone calls and respond to 40–50 chat messages per shift, along with replying to email inquiries. Our goal is simple: provide amazing customer service with a positive attitude!
