Candidate Profile
Folding carton company is seeking General Laborers to support our manufacturing operations by effectively and safely feeding and/or packing cartons into corrugated cases produced on high-speed gluing machines. During the feeding or packing operations, cartons must be regularly inspected to ensure the product meets customer specifications. Secondary functions including labeling cases, manually stacking sealed cases onto pallets, removing the waste paper from die cut pallets, housekeeping, material handling, assisting the gluing operator and working as assigned. Previous manufacturing and/or printing experience is helpful, but not necessary. Great advancement, a potential for those who apply themselves and show a willingness to work hard and learn our processes.

Requirements
-Able and willing to work:
5 Positions- Afternoon shift (2:00 PM-12:00 AM Monday- Thursday, Overtime Friday)
-Able and willing to work all scheduled hours and overtime as required.
-Minimum High School diploma or GED
- Must be able to stand for 8+ hours
- Be able to lift 40lbs on a regular basis
- Repetitive lifting and bending
- Hard working and good work ethic
- Dependable
- Able to work in a factory environment, loud noise, high-speed equipment while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Able to pass a background check
