Qualifications: Proven experience as a Construction Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience supervising construction and maintenance teams.Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
