If you are interested, please call for more info at 714-664-0900 or come in and apply at 600 S Grand Ave Suite 105 Santa Ana, CA 92705.• 1st shift (8:30 am- 1:30 pm)• Part-Time• Monday- Friday • Interview process• Temp to Hire • Bilingual • Pay: $23-$26/hr.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking for a HR Admin for a Food Manufacture company to perform a variety of responsible and administrative duties relating to personnel functions and programs including in the areas of employment recruitment, organizing and scheduling, and employee relations.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:• Conduct recruitment efforts for temporary/direct hire personnel; assist with placing and responding to ads• Assist the recruiter in conducting temporary employee observations, drafting notes, and communicate findings to the agency• Monitor attendance tracking, coaching requests, and employee issues using excel• Liaising with recruiting agencies to fill vacancies in a timely manner• Supporting candidate screening and hiring processes• Assist with enforcing safety policies and incident reports• Heavy administrative and filing duties• Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment• Assist with employee of the month event and miscellaneous eventEXPERIENCE / SKILLS:• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)• HR experience and/or knowledge a plus• Knowledge of basic math skills• Excellent Customer Service skills/positive attitude• Strong confidentiality skills• Professionalism• Knowledge of Microsoft Office• Working in a high paced environment• Strong written and oral communication skills
