Understand efficient utilization of equipment. Actively take part in “in-process” inspections. Meet all daily scheduled requirements. Maintain inventory accuracy.• Equipment: Perform maintenance programs including daily checklists. Understand the capacity within the machines they operate. Maintain operational efficiencies.• Tools & Supplies: Utilize and maintain the tools provided for the individual operations of their equipment. Control saw blade usage and records, as well as coolant.• Inventory Control: Comprehends all inventory control, traceability, yield, inventory processes, and scrap generation and maintains accurate and orderly storage of products. Adheres to all best practices per the company policies.• Must have working knowledge of AMADA Saws: HA250W, HFA400W, HYMECH Saws: H14 & H18 Band Saws.• Must be familiar with Bandsaw Feeds and Speeds.• Must be capable of reading a Tape Measure and Understand Fractions and Decimals.• Must be Forklift Certified or have been certified within the last two years.• Must be able to perform basic Math, Add, Subtract, and Divide. Must have legible penmanship.
