Pharmaceutical label printing company in city of Upland is looking to hire a qualified Quality Control Inspector for the 3rd shift.
Monday - Friday 10pm - 6:30am (training takes place on 1st shift: 6am - 2:30pm)Must be open to work overtime & weekends as neededCandidate must help cover 2nd shift, if necessary, to cover for Vacations/Time Off Main Requirements:
English proficient (speak, write, and read)Must have 1-2 years of QC experienceMust have experience with following GMP policiesMain Duties:
Review product running on press and at finishing; make quality recommendations as neededFinal order approval, performance of routine testing, completing certificates of analysisParticipate & support Quality Management System ImplementationParticipate in Customer AuditsMaintain Retain Files & StorageCalibrate test equipment and complete associated documentationProduce consistent high quality workWork in an efficient and orderly mannerManage EmailsSupport Root Cause Analysis of Internal/External Quality ConcernsParticipate in implementing corrective and preventive actions & effective checks5S Audits of cGMP, Quality System and Manufacturing OperationsAssist with training preparation & presentation for multiple shiftsMaintenance of the Quality Hold areasParticipate in Team Collaboration.Other duties based on business need and as a result of customer requirements and industry standards
