What You’ll Be Doing
? Roofing & Waterproofing Installations – Shingle, tile, TPO, flat roofs, and waterproofing for decks, balconies, and below-grade systems.? Quality Control & Repairs – Diagnosing and fixing leaks, flashing issues, and waterproofing failures.? Customer Interaction – Communicating clearly with homeowners, explaining work, and ensuring satisfaction.? Job Site Coordination – Working with crews, supervisors, and suppliers to keep projects moving efficiently.? Safety & Compliance – Following OSHA standards and maintaining a clean, safe job site.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 3+ years of roofing & waterproofing experience✅ Strong knowledge of materials, techniques, and safety protocols✅ Fluent English speaker with good customer service skills✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team✅ Valid driver’s license & clean record (for take-home truck eligibility)✅ Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Annual Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00
