Requirements for RMA and 3PL positions:1. Chinese and English are preferred as communication with some Chinese customers is required.2. Be able to move a heavy box weighing up to 40 pounds3. Pay attention to detail
Key Responsibilities for 3PL position:• Inbound Operations: Execute all aspects of inbound warehouse operations, including receiving, shelving, and managing inventory using our self-developed WMS.• Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues that arise during the inbound process to ensure smooth operations.• Order Fulfillment: Learn and proficiently use a client’s WMS to manage and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.• Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to suggest and implement improvements in warehouse processes and WMS utilization.• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, clients, and management in both Chinese and English.
