If you are interested, please call for more info at 714-664-0900 or come in and apply at 600 S Grand Ave Suite 105 Santa Ana, CA 92705.• 1st shift (6:30 am- 5 pm)• Monday- Friday (Occ on Weekends)• Interview process• Temp to Hire• Bilingual• Pay: $18/hr.Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Report daily food safety, food quality employee safety, and machine equipment problems to the Plant Lead Operator and/or immediate supervisor.• Prepare, and set up materials, equipment, and tools including but not limited to attending to operating machinery to ensure continuous operation under company quality standards.• Clean, wash, and sterilize equipment and tools using sterilizing and cleansing solutions according to the Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) system.• May be required to help pack products in the warehouse following the company packing procedures/standards, and warehouse safety rules.• Read work orders to determine the required raw materials, tools, and equipment required to ensure a smooth operating procedure.• Operate and control equipment to measure, cook, and steam ingredients as specified.• Observe ingredients, materials condition, gauges, dials, and product characteristics to maintain proper production operations.• Record required production data to the applicable document.• Collect and dispose of trash.• Read work orders to determine the required packaging and labeling materials required.• Inspect the final product to ensure the packaged product is within specified company quality standards.• Obtains and practices a general understanding of equipment functions, standard operating procedures, and safety policies.• Report daily food safety, food quality employee safety, and machine equipment problems to the Plant Lead Operator and/or immediate supervisor.• Pay attention scrupulously to the condition of the block ice to ensure continuous operation.• Report the volume of production and usage of the block ice
